Returns

We accept returns within 30 days if your item is unopened in original condition. You just have to send the item back to us, and we will refund you for the cost of the item. Shipping is non-refundable. 

If you placed an order and would like to cancel, please contact us immediately so we can cancel your order before it ships. If your item has already shipped, we cannot cancel your order. 

If there is an issue with your order, like damage to the box, please contact us for help at info@nickyferrada.com

Shipping

As a small at-home team, we do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Orders are generally fulfilled between 1-3 business days, with the exception of pre-order items. 

For all U.S. orders, we use USPS First Class or Priority mail, and UPS ground. You can view shipping options and price estimates at checkout. 

Once your package has departed, typically it will arrive within 3 days. If your package is delayed and the courier is unable to help you, please reach out to us within 30 days for help.

For non-U.S. orders, we use USPS First Class International and UPS Worldwide Expedited. You can view shipping options and price estimates at checkout. Please familiarize yourself with the customs fees associated with your country. Depending on location, fees may not be included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

International packages typically arrive within 14 days (usually less). If your package is delayed and the courier is unable to help you, please reach out to us within 30 days for help.
